ATLANTIS MOTEL & APARTMENT RULES
To ensure safety, convenience, and compliance with local government requirements and regulations. Please strictly comply with the following contents:
Article 1: Present personal documents at the Reception Desk.
- For Vietnamese guests: required to present ID card or equivalent documents.
- For foreign guests: required to present a valid passport and visa.
Article 2: Before checking in, you must check with Atlantis staff the number of assets currently in the room. During your stay at Atlantis, you must take full responsibility for the above assets.
Article 3: You are not allowed to arbitrarily move or change furniture in the room.
Article 4: Please do not iron clothes in the room
Article 5: Please do not smoke in rooms and common areas, if you smoking is fined 2,000,000 VND.
Article 6: For valuable assets such as money, gold, gems, etc. To ensure your assets, please hand over and seal at the reception desk. If you do not agree and loss occurs, Atlantis will not be responsible.
Article 7: Please lock the doors and windows, turn off the lights when leaving the room, and leave your room card at the front desk when you leave. Please notify reception when your room card is lost or stolen and pay 250,000 VND or 10.5$/lost key.
Article 8: Social evils such as gambling, drugs, and prostitution are strictly prohibited in the room. You must be fully responsible before the law and the hotel for any violations.
Article 9: Carrying weapons, poisons and explosives is strictly prohibited.
Article 10: Please do not receive guests after 10:00 p.m
Article 11: You use the services and electronic devices according to the instructions.
Article 12: Maintain general hygiene, do not throw toilet paper and garbage into sanitary equipment.
Article 13: Before checking out, please notify in advance and check with the staff the number of assets according to the list in the room. If there is any loss or breakage, you must take full responsibility and compensation. These rules come with a list of furniture and prices.
